ARC SPRINGS

Rpk is the specialist to develop new spring solutions for the automotive drive train. We offer bow springs as individual springs or in numerous spring set versions.

RPK has developed own production and control technology to produce complex arc springs in large series in a cost-effective way.

We are manufacturing this product with multi shot peening process in order to increase the lifetime, and also, we can apply a nitriding process in order to reduce the potential spring wear.

  • Rpk uses special spring materials melted, shaved and surface crack tested to 40 µ failure depth.
  • We offer bow springs as individual springs or in set versions.
